JAPANESE ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

2 medium sized onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
200 g Thai asparagus
Shiso cress
Oil for frying
Salt
Tomami Japan to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the onions and garlic, cut the onions into rings, garlic into small
slices. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and garlic and place on
kitchen paper to drain.

Wash the asparagus, drain. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the asparagus until it is
cooked. Season with salt.

Arrange the asparagus on plates, sprinkle with garlic, onions and shiso cress and
drizzle with Tomami Japan to taste.

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
