Hummus with Tomami, feta cheese and dates

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 300 g boiled chick peas
• 150 g tahini (sesame paste)
• 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika hot spice
• 1.5 garlic cloves (very finely chopped, roasted)
• a little sea salt
• 1-2 tbsp. dukkah (available from good spice companies)
• Juice of one lemon
• 6 tbsp. olive oil
• Tomami Umami to taste
• 100 g feta cheese
• 75 g dates
• 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree the chick peas, sesame paste, garlic and spices, season with lemon juice and Tomami Umami. Serve with crumbled feta cheese, finely chopped dates and flat leaf parsley, drizzle with olive oil and Tomami Umami and enjoy with roasted baguette.
