HOT DOG WITH TOMATO FETA TOPPING
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
2 fresh frying sausages (Bratwurst)
2 hot dog buns
50 g sour cream
20 g mustard
1 tbsp TOMAMI # 2
Salt and pepper
100 g feta
100 g tomatoes
100 g pickled gherkins with mustard seeds
3 tbsp TOMAMI # 1
4 slices of bacon
A little cress and lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the sausages indirectly in the grill over a low heat at 150° C for approx. 10 minutes. Mix together the sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes and gherkins into small cubes. Add TOMAMI and season with salt and pepper, then crumble in the feta. Mix everything together.
Briefly grill the bacon on both sides and cut into small pieces. Now grill the sausages on a high heat. Put the buns onto the grill to warm up. Cut the buns lengthways and spread on
the sour cream; then add the salad and sausages.
Finally, add the topping with the feta cheese, the bacon and cress.
