HEARTY LENTIL SOUP WITH TOMAMI BAYERN
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
300 g lentils
1 stick of leek
2 carrots
1 piece of celeriac
1 onion
4 potatoes
TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami)
Salt
TOMAMI No.2
4 Wiener sausages
Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the lentils in 1 liter of water for 30 minutes, then add the chopped vegetables (leek, carrots, celery, onion and potato). Simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with TOMAMI Bayern (formerly Vegami)and a little salt and, if so desired, round off with a dash of Tomami Tomato. Add the sliced Wiener sausages and heat them up. Add some fresh parsley; season with vinegar and serve with „spaetzle“ (Swabian noodles).
Tipp: For vegetarians just enjoy without the Wiener sausages!
