Halloumi with paprika

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 1 halloumi cheese
• 2 red paprika
• 4 yellow tomatoes
• 1 small onion
• 4 sprigs thyme
• 1-2 tbsp Tomami® Umami
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• salt
• pepper
• bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the paprika and sauté with the sliced onion in a skillet. Add brown sugar and caramelize. Add Tomami® Umami, crushed cumin and the remaining spices.

Grill the halloumi in a grill pan, sprinkle with paprika flakes, and arrange on a plate with the vegetables.
