GRILLED VEGETABLES WITH GORGONZOLA TOPPING AND STEAK

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

2 Duroc steaks à 250g
1 chicory
2 tomatoes
1 broccoli
1 onion
200g Gorgonzola cheese
50 ml cream
4 tbsp TOMAMI # 1
1 tbsp TOMAMI Würzstoff – Seasoning Sauce
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

For the TOMAMI Gorgonzola Topping, mix together the Gorgonzola, the cream, seasoning and TOMAMI # 1. Cut the onion into small cubes, add and mix everything well.
Put the broccoli into a saucepan with salted water and boil approx.1 minute. Take the broccoli out and immediately plunge into cold water. Halve the chicory and season with salt. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Put the vegetables into an ovenproof dish (cast iron pan) and cook on the grill or in the oven at 200° C for about 10 minutes.

Then spread the topping on the vegetables and cook again for about 5 minutes. Briefly grill and cook the steaks on both sides. Season the steaks with salt and serve with the grilled vegetables.
