Grilled mini aubergines with Tomami
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 5 small aubergines
• 2 tbsp. Tomami #1
• 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tsp. Zaatar spice mixture (alternatively: 1 tsp. lighter-coloured sesame, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano)
• 1 tsp. paprika
• salt
• pepper
• 200g creamy Greek yoghurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the aubergines in half and fry under the grill or in a frying pan with the olive oil. After grilling, drizzle with Tomami #1 and season with zaatar, paprika, salt and pepper. Serve together with the cream yoghurt on a serving plate.
