GRILLED LEG OF LAMB STEAKS WITH TOMAMI

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

Leg of lamb steaks
2 leg of lamb steaks à 200g each
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp TOMAMI Japan

Preparation

Mix the ingredients well and marinate the steaks for about 1 hour.
Grill the steaks at a start temperature of 200°C and finish cooking to the preferred level of
doneness.

Apricots with bacon
10 mini apricots
10 slices of bacon
2 tbsp fig mustard

Preparation
Remove the cores of the apricots and add some fig mustard.
Wrap in a slice of bacon. Now grill on all sides.

Sweet potato
2 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp barbecue spice rub
2 tbsp TOMAMI # 2

Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Fry until crispy on all sides in a pan.

TOMAMI sauce
2 tbsp TOMAMI # 2
Salt and pepper
100 ml cream

Preparation
Boil everything well in a pan and reduce by half.
Finally, arrange all the components on plates.
