Grilled Corncobs with Tomami-Butter
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 125 g softened butter
• 3 tbsp. Tomami Tomato
• 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 dash of lime juice
• salt, pepper
• corncobs (pre-cooked)
INSTRUCTIONS
Allow the butter to soften. Mix the butter with the other ingredients using a fork; put into the refrigerator to harden. Grill the pre-cooked corncobs directly over medium heat until the corn kernels are browned. Spread the Tomami butter onto the still hot corncobs.
