GRILLED ASPARAGUS WITH TOMAMI AND MUSTARD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
250 g white asparagus, peeled
1 spring onion cut into slices
4 small tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp grainy mustard
2 tbsp TOMAMI # 2 (buy here)
Salt + pepper
A little olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Season the asparagus with salt and pepper and grill. Cut into small pieces and place on a sheet of baking parchment with the spring onions and tomatoes. Mix the mustard, TOMAMI, a little olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over the asparagus and wrap up like a sandwich.
Grill on indirect heat in the grill for approx. 15 minutes.
