GRILLED ASPARAGUS SALAD WITH BASIL AND STRAWBERRIES
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
250 g peeled white asparagus
100 g strawberries
1bunch of fresh basil
1 bunch of rocket leaves
50 g crushed pistachio nuts
2 tbsp TOMAMI # 1 (buy here)
Salt + pepper
A little sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Sear the asparagus with a little oil. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place in a bowl. Add the basil leaves, rocket and pistachios and mix with TOMAMI, salt, pepper and sugar. Now cut the warm asparagus into pieces, place in the bowl and mix everything well.
