GNOCCHI WITH PARSLEY PESTO AND MIXED MUSHROOMS TOSCANA
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
2 packets of chilled gnocchi
2 jars of parsley pesto
800 g mixed mushrooms
3 tablespoons TOMAMI Toscana
2 cloves garlic
Oil for frying
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the gnocchi on all sides. Dice the garlic and combine with the mushrooms. Fry vigorously in oil.
Douse with TOMAMI Toscana, stir and remove from the heat. Mix the gnocchi with the pesto sauce and serve with the mushrooms and Parmesan shavings.
