Ingredients for 4 persons
• 1 Flank steak (approx. 800 g)
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• 2 tbsp. honey
Brush the flank steak with a little rapeseed oil and season with salt. For the glaze stir all the ingredients together. Grill the steak sharply on both sides for 2-3 minutes, then brush with the glaze. Leave on the indirect zone of the grill for approx. 2 minutes until ready. Leave to rest briefly , then cut across the grain and season with salt and pepper.
