TOMAMI recipe dried tomatoes with TOMAMI Japan
TOMAMI recipe dried tomatoes

For 2 Person

  • 500g cherry tomatoes (or another variety; if the tomataes are larger, cut them to adjust the size of cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tpsp TOMAMI Japan
  • 1 twigs of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

Halve the tomatoes and mix together with the honey, rosemary, TOMAMI Japan and chopped garlic.

Dry in the oven at 120°C for approx. 2 hours.

The oven door needs to be opened from time to time to allow any moisture to escape. The tomatoes should still be soft. Adding TOMAMI Japan gives the intensely fruity tomatoes an extra umami boost.
