COTTAGE CHEESE WITH HERBS AND TOMAMI SEASONING SAUCE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
200g cottage cheese
½ bunch fresh herbs (chives or parsley)
½ tsp black sesame seeds
½ tsp tomato flakes
1 tsp TOMAMI Seasoning Sauce (buy here)
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely chop the herbs and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Add a pinch of freshly ground pepper, ready!
Spread the mixture on fresh wholemeal bread and either add some lean cold cut meat or fresh vegetables.
Cottage cheese provides almost everything you need to start off the day. Season with TOMAMI Seasoning Sauce to balance the flavour perfectly.
