Christmas Canapés

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• Baguette
• Roast beef slices
• Pomegranate seeds
• Pistachio nuts
• 140 g creamy yogurt
• 100 g feta
• Juice of half a lemon
• Fresh mint
• Tomami #1
• Corn flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir the Tomami Umami with a little corn flour and bring briefly to the boil, then allow to cool. Mix the yogurt with the crushed feta, lemon juice and finely chopped mint until creamy; season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette into slices, spread with the cream, cover with roast beef slices and decorate with the roughly chopped pistachio nuts, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Drizzle with Tomami #1.
