Capers and goat’s cheese ciabatta
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 4 slices of ciabatta
• 1 roll of goats cheese
• 3 tsp Tomami® Tomato
• 1 spring onion
• 2 tablespoons capers
• 2 tsp dried red paprika flakes
• ½ tsp red pepper
• fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the goats cheese slices onto the sliced ciabatta. Mix the finely chopped spring onion with Tomami® Tomato, capers, dried red paprika flakes and red pepper. Drizzle over the slices of bread and sprinkle with basil.
