BUTTER BOARD WITH TOMAMI HOT INDIA
Butter board with Tomami Hot India from Torben Ebert and Tomami

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 160 g butter at room temperature
  • 1.5 tbsp TOMAMI Hot India
  • 5 dates
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 sprigs coriander
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh bread as desired

Preparation

Beat the butter in a hand mixer for a few minutes with a pinch of pepper and the salt. Finely dice the dates and pluck the coriander. Spread the whipped butter onto the wooden board with a spatula or knife. Garnish with the remaining ingredients and drizzle with TOMAMI Hot India. Serve with fresh bread.
