
Ingredients for 1 kg grilled meat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp TOMAMI Hot India 🛒
- 1/4 tsp TOMAMI Scharfe Sauce CHILI+GINGER 🛒
Preparation
Press the garlic cloves through a press and mix with the other ingredients. Place approx. 1 kg of grilled meat (pork or chicken) into the mixture and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours with the lid on.
Tip: Alternatively, the marinade can be prepared with either TOMAMI Toscana 🛒, Japan 🛒 or Bayern 🛒. The marinade is a real taste highlight with a fine, spicy note.
