Balsamic Fig Dressing
For 4 Persons
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fig mustard
60 ml dark balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp TOMAMI Vegami
(1 tbsp TOMAMI #1)
80 ml olive oil
80 ml sunflower oil
50 ml vegetable stock
½ Williams pear, finely diced
2 figs, finely diced
Salt and pepper
method
Mix the Dijon mustard, honey, fig mustard, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, Vegami and Tomami in a bowl.
Add both types of oil to the dressing and season with salt and pepper. If more liquid is required, add the vegetable stock. Finally add the diced fruit cubes.
