Baked Tofu

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

400 g firm tofu
4 teaspoons of soy sauce
Approx. 2 tbsp TOMAMI Japan (buy here)
Rice and vegetables to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

Press out the moisture in the tofu with paper towels. Use fresh towels as soon as the towel is no longer absorbing the moisture. Repeat until the kitchen towels are almost dry. Divide
the tofu into 6 pieces and drizzle with the soy sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C on baking paper for 10 minutes, turn and bake for another 5–10 minutes. While still hot, spread generously with Tomami Japan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve with boiled rice and fried vegetables (fried in hot oil with spring onions, garlic and ginger).
