Avocado pesto
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 very ripe avocado
1–2 tablespoons TOMAMI # 2 (buy here)
1 clove of garlic
20 g pine nuts
A bunch of basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the peel and core of the avocado. Put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind until everything is well blended. The pesto tastes absolutely delicious with spaghetti.
