Avocado-Cucumber-Salad with Salmon
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
• 125 g stremel salmon
• 1 avocado
• 100 g lettuce leaves
• 1 cucumber
• olive oil
• 1 spring onion
• 1 fresh chilli
• lemon juice
• salt
• pepper
• Tomami #1
• fresh dill
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the seeds from the cucumber, then halve and slice it. Cut the avocado into slices, wash the lettuce, tear the salmon into pieces. Make a dressing out of olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped spring onion, chilli, salt, pepper and Tomami #1. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with dill.
