Antipasti skewers with Tomami

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• Baguette slices
• olive oil
• Tomami Tomato
• olives
• cocktail or date tomatoes
• salami and raw ham slices
• basil leaves, mini-mozzarellas
• artichokes
• fresh thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the baguette slices into cubes and fry them in olive oil; deglaze with Tomami Tomato. Alternate on a skewer with olives, cocktail or date tomatoes, various types of salami and raw ham slices, basil leaves, mini-mozzarellas and pieces of artichoke. Prepare a spread or dip in a small bowl with olive oil, Tomami Tomato and fresh thyme.
