Mango-Curry-Sauce mit TOMAMI

For 4 Persons

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 onions, peeled and diced
  • 250 g tomatoes, quartered
  • 150 ml TOMAMI Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons TOMAMI Toscana
  • Salt, pepper and a little curry powder

METHOD

Heat the mango, onions and tomatoes in a saucepan until they boil. Then add the ketchup. Tip: If the ketchup bottle is nearly empty, to get the of whole content out, add a little water,
put the lid on and shake bottle, add a little water and shake.

Add TOMAMI Toscana to the sauce and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes.
Finally, puree well and season with salt, pepper and a little curry.

A very tasty fruity curry sauce, suitable e.g. for vegetables, poultry and sausages.

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes.
