5-Minute Tomato Soup Bangkok
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1 stale bread roll
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
2 sprigs fresh thyme
800 g canned tomatoes
4 tablespoons TOMAMI Bangkok
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Halve the dry bread horizontally and rub the cut surfaces of both halves with the peeled garlic cloves. Then cut into small cubes.
Pour some olive oil into a pan and sauté the bread cubes until they turn slightly brown.
Wash the thyme, shake dry, peel off the leaves and set aside.
Put the tomatoes in a blender, puree, then pour into a saucepan and heat.
Stir in TOMAMI Bangkok and season everything with salt.
Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with the thyme and the croutons.
