TOMAMI: naturally delicious
We believe that pure nature gives us the best flavour. Our commitment to unadulterated flavours is the foundation of our corporate philosophy. This dedication is evident in every one of our products.
Our journey began with the simple tomato, from which we developed our innovative TOMAMI essences. These essences, made from sun-ripened tomatoes, offer up to three times the flavouring power of conventional tomato paste. Our TOMAMI essences are a tribute to the umami sensory quality, the fifth basic sense of flavour. In contrast to synthetic glutamate, which is often discredited, we only use naturally occurring glutamic acid. This guarantees an unadulterated, pure flavour experience. The essences do not contain any additives, are 100 % purely plant-based and are vegan, gluten-free, lactose- and soya-free.
However, our range is not limited to Tomami 1 and Tomami 2: we have developed a further eight unique seasoning essences, refined with carefully selected spices from the “Altes Gewürzamt” in Klingenberg. Each essence is designed to enhance international dishes and guarantee an individual flavour experience.
And if you like to cook purely vegetarian or vegan dishes, all you need is a base for delicious cooking experiences: With TOMAMI The Vegan Hack, we offer a 100 % natural dry blend of pea and sunflower protein that is rich in protein and fibre. All ingredients are sourced from Europe, which allows us to constantly monitor the quality of our products and ensure that they reach our customers exactly as we intended.
Our mission is to bring the pure power and unadulterated flavour of nature directly into your kitchen through our products. With TOMAMI you will experience a natural and authentic flavour experience – every day.
