Spicy Tom
Ingredients for 4 persons
2 cl TOMAMI #1
4 cl juice of red peppers
3 cl Mezcal**
A pinch of chorizo powder
2 cl vintage port wine
2 cl exotic / fruity vinegar (e.g. mango/pineapple or peach)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail mixer, then strain into a pre-cooled Martini glass. Garnish with: 3 drops of olive oil (pipette) and a tomato/ mozzarella/basil skewer.
Serve.
