A delicious TOMAMI recipe for samosas with sweet potatoe filling

ingredients For 4 persons

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Dice the onions, peppers and sweet potatoes into
approx. 0.5 cm cubes. Mix with a pinch of salt, curry powder and 2 tbsp oil.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until soft.

After baking, add the green peas, half the (plucked) coriander and season with TOMAMI Hot India, TOMAMI Hot Chili Ginger or TOMAMI Chili Mango Sauce.
Spread out the pastry, place ca. 1 heaped tablespoon per samosa and form into triangles.
Moisten the edges slightly before sealing and fry until brown at 170°C.

Serve with mint raita and decorate with the rest of the coriander.
