TOMAMI CHRISTMAS MENU DESSERT

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

• 300 g dark chocolate

• 200 g cream

• 1.5 tbsp. TOMAMI No.1

1.5 tsp. spekulatius spices

• Cassis powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the chocolate over a water bath. Once it has melted, add the cream, TOMAMI No.1 and the spekulatius spices. Stir until smooth. Leave the mixture to cool overnight. On the next day make small dumplings using 2 teaspoons, shape into balls and roll in the cassis powder. Decorate with a silver ball (optional).
