Our tomato essence is the result of a unique process in which sun-ripened tomatoes are reduced to their essence by centrifugation and gentle heating. This highly concentrates the natural flavor contained in the tomatoes. The valuable essence is bottled in Germany in careful manual work<\/em> and is ready for your kitchen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is TOMAMI made from?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From fully ripe tomatoes and nothing else. The juice is extracted from the tomatoes using a specially developed production process, while solids and cellulose content are filtered out. Our two seasoning versions, TOMAMI No.1 and TOMAMI No.2, are obtained by means of different centrifugation processes and gentle heating. And they are so concentrated, which means that a 240 ml bottle contains 4 kg of tomatoes! Just tomatoes and nothing else \u2013 that\u2019s a promise!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
