Season lightly with salt and remove from the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roughly chop the pumpkin and sunflower seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel and grate the garlic cloves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the <a href=\"?add-to-cart=19424&amp;quantity=1\">TOMAMI The Vega Hack \ud83d\uded2<\/a> with the olive oil, then add the ice-cold vegetable stock and mix thoroughly. Add the grated garlic, saut\u00e9ed onion, thyme, nutmeg, mustard and <a href=\"?add-to-cart=19471&amp;quantity=1\">TOMAMI Provence \ud83d\uded2<\/a> and mix well. Season well with salt and pepper. Leave to soak in the fridge for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, peel the red onion and cut into fine rings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and drain the lettuce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the cornichon and tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the peppers and courgettes lengthways into thin slices, brush with oil and fry in a grill pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove The vegan Hack mixture from the fridge after half an hour of soaking time. Add the chopped pumpkin and sunflower seeds to the mixture and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shape 4 patties with moistened hands and fry the patties in a pan with oil on both sides over a medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the burger buns in half and spread ketchup on the cut surfaces.
