The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. <\/p>\n\n

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. <\/p>\n\n

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options<\/h2>\n\n

The purchase contract is concluded with TOMAMI GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive another confirmation by e-mail immediately after submitting the order. <\/p>\n\n

3. Contract language, contract text storage<\/h2>\n\n

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.We save the contract text and send you the order data. The contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons. <\/p>\n\n

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders of 49 euros including VAT or more.<\/p>\n\n

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process. We only deliver by shipping. It is unfortunately not possible to collect the goods yourself. <\/p>\n\n

The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the order process.PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers who have been selected according to their own criteria further payment modalities in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Apple Pay<\/strong>In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (\u201cApple\u201d), you must use the \u201cSafari\u201d browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. Google Pay<\/strong>In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Payments (also known as \u201cGoogle Pay\u201d), a service of Google Ireland Limited with headquarters in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, you must have a Google account and a device that meets the respectively valid system and compatibility requirements of the service, as well as the compatible software. The Google Pay function must be activated. You must authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the order process. <\/p>\n\n

Klarna Pay Now<\/strong>In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavagen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden (\u201cKlarna\u201d), you must be registered with Klarna, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by Klarna immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the order process. <\/p>\n\n
