TOMAMI & VEGAMI CHRISTMAS MENU DESSERT
Ingredients for 4 persons
• 300 g dark chocolate • 200 g cream • 1.5 tbsp. Tomami Umami • 1.5 tsp. spekulatius spices • Cassis powder
Heat the chocolate over a water bath. Once it has melted, add the cream, Tomami Umami and the spekulatius spices. Stir until smooth. Leave the mixture to cool overnight. On the next day make small dumplings using 2 teaspoons, shape into balls and roll in the cassis powder. Decorate with a silver ball (optional).
