Tomami Chocolate Sticks

Ingredients for 4 persons

• 100 g dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp. Tomami Umami
• 1 packet of Grissini
• Sea Salt Flakes
• Sugar Pearls


Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt by stirring over water vapour. Add Tomami Umami, partially glaze the grissini, place on a rack to dry and sprinkle with sea salt flakes and sugar pearls.
