Tomami-Avocado

Paleo with Pep: Tomami Tomato.
Ingredients for 4 persons

4 avocados • 1 lemon • 4 tablespoons olive oil • 2 tablespoons Tomami Tomato • salt • pepper • white and black sesame seeds

Instructions

Cut open the avocados and remove the kernels. Halve or quarter and brush with lemon juice. Mix the olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, Tomami Tomato, salt and pepper to make a dressing and divide between the avocados. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
