Spicy Tom

A cocktail recipe by Nic Shanker from Starkeeper
Ingredients for 4 persons

– 2 cl Tomami Umami #1
– 4 cl juice of red peppers
– 3 cl Mezcal**
– A pinch of chorizo powder
– 2 cl vintage port wine
– 2 cl exotic / fruity vinegar (e.g. mango/pineapple or peach)


Shake all ingredients in a cocktail mixer, then strain into a pre-cooled Martini glass. Garnish with: 3 drops of olive oil (pipette) and a tomato/ mozzarella/basil skewer.
