„Mais Oui“ Burger
Ingredients for 4 persons
Fry the buns briefly in a pan with hot butter. Season the ground beef with Tomami Umami and, using your hands, shape into patties. Make a depression in the middle and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends, peel the bottom third if necessary. Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the asparagus and the corn for about 10 minutes. Also fry the pre-cooked corn on all sides. Then cut the corn kernels so close to the corn cobs that the grains stay together. Spread the orange pepper aioli* on the bottom half of the buns. Cover with tomato slices and green asparagus, then add the patties, the corn „fillets” and the sprouts. Serve with BBQ sauce.
