KÖTTBULLAR À LA TOMAMI
Ingredients for 4 persons
500 g mixed minced meat
2 tbsp. Tomami # 1
1 slice dry bread
A little milk
1/2 tsp. pimento
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
0.5 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
150 ml cream
1 tbsp. Tomami # 1
Serve with mashed potatoes (recommended as a side dish; not described in the recipe)
Dice the onion. Soak the bread in milk and break into pieces.
Mix the minced meat with 1 tsp. TOMAMI, the egg, the finely diced onion and spices.
Make small balls of about 4 cm in diameter. Heat the oil in the pan. Add the meatballs
and fry on all sides. After about 10 minutes deglaze with cream, reduce the heat and season with TOMAMI, and salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh parsley, cranberry jam and mashed potatoes.
