CURRIED SAUSAGE „TOMAMI“ WITH A QUICK MANGO SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 onion • 5 tablespoons oil • 200 g tomatoes • 100 ml Tomami Umami Spice Sauce Mumbai • 80 g can of mango • 4 curry sausages
Peel the onion, dice finely and fry in a pan in 2 tablespoons hot oil over medium heat until light brown. Meanwhile dice the tomatoes, add and braise for 2 minutes.
Deglaze with Tomami Mumbai and add 100ml water. Boil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Dice the mango and stir into the sauce.
Make several incisions into the sausages and fry in a second pan in 3 tablespoons of oil for 6-8 minutes. Serve with the sauce.
Tip: Serve with chips or a bread roll. The recipe can also be made with Tomami Hot India (careful, very spicy!). If you want to use Tomami Tomato or Vegami instead, just add 1 teaspoon of curry powder to the browned onions.
