Falls n\u00f6tig, verbliebene Gr\u00e4ten mit der Pinzette herauszupfen. Den Lachs in kleine W\u00fcrfelchen schneiden und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Das Oliven\u00f6l \u00fcber den Lachs geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Schalotte sch\u00e4len und sehr fein hacken. Gehackte Schalotten 2 Minuten in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen, um sie bek\u00f6mmlicher zu machen. Das Wasser abgiessen, die Schalotten in einem Sieb gut abtropfen lassen. Dann auf Haushaltspapier verteilen, trocken tupfen und zum Lachs in die Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Tomaten waschen, achteln und beif\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Biozitrone heiss waschen, trocknen, Schale abreiben und zum Lachs geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koriander klein zupfen und zusammen mit den Kapern beif\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles sorgf\u00e4ltig mit einer Gabel vermengen, mit Salz und Limettensaft abschmecken. Das Tatar in kleine Gl\u00e4schen f\u00fcllen oder mit Hilfe eines Rings auf vier Tellern anrichten.
