Eine Prise Pfeffer hinzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Petersilie waschen, fein hacken und zum Salat hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waln\u00fcsse grob hacken und in einer Pfanne, ohne der Zugabe von Fett, anr\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Tofu in 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel mit 1 EL Mehl wenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend in 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l von allen Seiten knusprig anbraten. Mit je einer Prise Salz, Pfeffer und edels\u00fc\u00dfem Paprikapulver w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurz vor dem Servieren den Salat mit einer Prise Salz abschmecken. Einen Teller mit den frischen Chicor\u00e9e \u2013 Bl\u00e4ttern anrichten.
