Sobald er unter Druck steht, 15 Minuten weiter kochen lassen, dann den Topf vom Herd nehmen und warten bis der Druck weg ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Zitrone auspressen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petersilie waschen, abtropfen lassen und die Bl\u00e4tter abzupfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Knoblauch in der Pfanne mit 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l anbraten. In derselben Pfanne den Sesam r\u00f6sten, bis er goldbraun ist und die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen. Petersilie in die Pfanne geben und in der Resthitze leicht anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kichererbsen abtropfen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Kichererbsen mit dem Tahin und 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l in den R\u00fchrbecher geben und p\u00fcrieren. Dabei langsam das Wasser hinzugeben, bis die Masse cremig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Hummus mit dem Zitronensaft, <a href=\"?add-to-cart=12335&amp;quantity=1\">TOMAMI No.2 \ud83d\uded2<\/a> und Salz abschmecken.
