Den Schmand mit Oliven\u00f6l, der gew\u00fcrfelten Tomate und den Speckw\u00fcrfeln vermengen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mischung in die Kartoffel geben, mit K\u00e4se bedecken und im Grill in der indirekten Hitze bei 180 \u00b0C backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zutaten der Marinade in eine Gusspfanne oder Topf geben und gut verr\u00fchren. Das Ganze kurz erhitzen einmal kurz aufkochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Steaks in die warme Marinade legen und bei 150 \u00b0C f\u00fcr ca. 15 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwischendurch die Steaks wenden. Danach die Steaks im Grill bei direkter Hitze mit ca. 180\u2013200 \u00b0C direkt angrillen oder in der Pfanne kurz anbraten, bis die Steaks eine Kruste bekommen haben.
