Zwiebel und Rote Beete waschen, sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfeln schneiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und Zwiebeln anschwitzen. Die rote Bete dazugeben und 2\u20133 Minuten weiter braten. Lorbeer und Majoran dazugeben. Nach 1 Minute ca. 400 ml Wasser hinzu geben, bis das Gem\u00fcse bedeckt ist. Wenn zu viel Wasser verdunstet ist, neues hinzu geben. Mit Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Rote Bete gegart ist. Die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter herrausnehmen und alles in einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit <a href=\"?add-to-cart=12335&amp;quantity=1\">TOMAMI No.2 \ud83d\uded2<\/a> und Salz abschmecken. Die Masse mit Wasser d\u00fcnner machen, falls gew\u00fcnscht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Pasta in einem Topf mit Salzwasser al dente kochen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rote Bete-P\u00fcree in die Schale f\u00fcllen, Pasta dazu legen.
