Den gehackten Knoblauch und gebratene Zwiebeln mit <a href=\"?add-to-cart=12366&amp;quantity=1\">TOMAMI Marrakech \ud83d\uded2<\/a> vermengen und dann mit Salz kr\u00e4ftig abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank quellen lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gehackten Erdn\u00fcsse in die Masse geben und vermengen. Mit angefeuchteten H\u00e4nden 16 B\u00e4llchen formen. Diese in einer Pfanne mit \u00d6l bei mittler Hitze braten. Vom Herd nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reis in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit Wasser waschen und abgie\u00dfen, diesen Vorgang viermal wiederholen. Den Reis ca. 20 Minuten im Sieb quellen lassen. Mit 400 ml Wasser in einem Topf zugedeckt zum Kochen bringen, ca. 11 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln. Vom Herd nehmen und zugedeckt ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6hren waschen, sch\u00e4len und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, waschen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Spinat waschen und abtropfen lassen. Den Ingwer und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und reiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen. Die Zwiebeln bei mittler Hitze anschwitzen. Kartoffeln und M\u00f6hren zugeben, leicht salzen und weiter ca. 5 Minuten braten. Knoblauch, Ingwer, Lorbeer und Gem\u00fcsefond in den Topf geben und zum Kochen bringen, dann die Hitze reduzieren und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen lassen und das Mehl bei mittler Hitze umr\u00fchren. Curry, Zimt, Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Kardamom einr\u00fchren, dann die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und sch\u00f6pfl\u00f6ffelweise nach und nach ca. 500 ml von der hei\u00dfen Br\u00fche unter die Mehlschwitze r\u00fchren, bis eine s\u00e4mige Masse entstanden ist.
